Our flagship pâté is liver-free and flavor full. This spread boasts 3 kinds of mushrooms that combine for unparalleled flavor. Shiitake mushrooms bring the flavor of the forest to your plate, while wood ear and oyster mushrooms balance out the earthiness with subtle flavors and rich texture. Black truffle oil puts it over the top and will have you coming back for more.
Each jar contains 6 oz. of pate. This spread is densely flavorful, and can be enjoyed savored on its own, as part of a charcuterie board, with toast points, or mixed with olive oil and tossed over pasta for a robust mushroom sauce.
